We are looking for a hands-on and driven Logistic Process Engineer to join our Logistics Engineering this role you will contribute directly to the development and implementation of logistics processes that support the continuous improvement of our operations.
Youll work on a wide variety of initiatives ranging from warehouse optimization to systems integration and automation helping shape the logistics landscape of tomorrow.

Logistic Process Engineer - Venlo Netherlands

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of new logistics processes across our warehouse environment.
  • Support in implementing WMS connected applications including testing and validation.
  • Design and optimize warehouse operations including layout planning material flows and workstation design.
  • Support the development and automation of value-added services such as country- and customer specific labeling and documentation processes.
  • Ensure structured and systematic management of all warehouse levels and ongoing optimization of processes and systems.
  • Develop business cases to support process changes or investments.
  • Act as a key coordinator in business and process integrations across departments.
  • Report on relevant logistics KPIs and translate data insights into improvement actions.
  • Adhere to QMS (Quality Management System) procedures and contribute actively to compliance and continuous improvement.

Requirements and Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in Logistics Business Administration Engineering or equivalent through experience.
  • A few years experience in a logistics supply chain or manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of SAP S4 HANA EWM is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel PowerPoint and Projects.
  • Understanding of change management and the ability to guide teams through transformation.
  • Hands-on experience with process mapping
  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to challenge and translate customer needs into effective logistics solutions
  • Creative problem-solving skills for tackling complex business and system issues.
  • Able to prioritize manage multiple tasks simultaneously and perform well under pressure.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work across functions and departments
  • Being able to be onsite at least 3 times per week in our EMEA Distribution Center in Venlo Netherlands.
