Job Summary

Position: Sales Representative

Location: Limassol Cyprus

Work model: on-site

Employment type: Employment contract

Remuneration: base salary bonuses.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as the main point of contact for both prospective and existing customers building strong relationships through consistent communication
Respond to customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency ensuring a high level of satisfaction
Stay informed about products features and promotions to effectively present their value
Maximize sales opportunities and drive revenue within assigned customer accounts
Provide regular reports and insights based on customer data to support satisfaction and engagement.

REQUIREMENTS:

Fluent / native in Dutch both verbal & written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role with proven success
Eligible to work in Cyprus (no Visa support provided)
At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role with proven success
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on empathy
Strong computer literacy and fast accurate typing skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced multitasking environment
Proactive and service-oriented with a hands-on approach to customer engagement.
