Flexologist

StretchLab Ramsey is seeking passionate movement professionals to join our team as this role youll provide one-on-one assisted stretching sessions that improve mobility recovery and quality of life. Ideal candidates have experience in fitness personal training massage therapy yoga or kinesiology and a desire to help people feel and move better.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver customized one-on-one assisted stretch sessions

• Educate clients on flexibility mobility and recovery

• Build lasting relationships and provide excellent client care

• Support studio membership sales through professional service

• Contribute to a positive team-focused culture

Requirements:

• Degree or certification in Kinesiology Exercise Science or related field OR

• National certification (NASM ACE ACSM NSCA ISSA AFAA NESTA NCCPT NFPT NCSF) OR

• Licensed Physical Therapist PTA Massage Therapist Chiropractor or Athletic Trainer OR

• Strong background in Yoga Pilates Barre or Dance with anatomy education

• Must be available 20-25 hours per week including at least one weekend day

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)

• 1 years of experience in fitness bodywork or therapeutic movement

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• $22-$26/hour while stretching clients

• Paid admin time when not in sessions
