Location: Dresher Pennsylvania
Compensation: $15/hour commission
Schedule: 2025 hours per week Weekdays evenings and weekends as needed

Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team at Club Pilates Dresher. This role focuses on driving membership sales generating leads and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is outgoing enthusiastic and thrives in a sales-driven environment.
Responsibilities

Generate membership sales through outbound calls lead follow-up and community outreach.

Make 50 outbound calls daily to engage and convert prospective members.

Conduct studio tours and explain membership benefits clearly and confidently.

Deliver excellent customer service and build strong member relationships.

Support front desk operations including answering phones greeting guests and handling inquiries.

Assist in grassroots marketing and community events to drive brand awareness.

Maintain a positive and professional studio environment.
Requirements

Outgoing and enthusiastic personality.

Previous sales experience preferred (fitness wellness or service-based sales a plus).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.

Organized and detail-oriented.

Availability for 2025 hours per week including evenings and weekends.
