Position Summary
We are seeking a Comprehensive Pilates Teacher to join our team at Club Pilates Dresher. The ideal candidate will bring passion professionalism and a strong foundation in Pilates to deliver safe effective and inspiring classes. Teachers will lead a variety of class formats and help members achieve their fitness goals while building confidence and community.
Responsibilities

Lead group Pilates classes using reformers and other Pilates equipment.

Deliver safe effective and engaging workouts that follow Club Pilates guidelines.

Offer modifications and progressions for all fitness levels.

Provide excellent customer service and foster a welcoming environment.

Build member connections to support retention and community.

Maintain studio cleanliness and uphold professional standards.
Requirements

Comprehensive Pilates Certification (or currently in the process of completing).

Knowledge of anatomy kinesiology and Pilates principles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to teach multiple class formats and adapt to client needs.

Professional reliable and passionate about health and fitness.
