Job Description: Conservatory Surveyor Location: Cheltenham Gloucestershire

The Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Conservatory Surveyor to join the team. This role is crucial in ensuring projects are surveyed with accuracy care and professionalism so that installations run smoothly and meet the companys high standards.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed surveys of conservatories orangeries extensions windows and doors. Take accurate site measurements and prepare detailed drawings/specifications. Identify potential site or structural issues and propose solutions. Liaise with customers to confirm design product selections and practical requirements. Work with operations and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Ensure compliance with building regulations planning permissions and health & safety
standards. Provide clear and professional communication to clients throughout the survey process.
Skills & Experience
Proven surveying experience in conservatories and fenestration Knowledge of construction methods glazing systems and building regulations. Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate drawings/specifications. Excellent communication skills able to explain technical details to customers. Organised efficient and able to manage multiple surveys at once. IT proficiency ideally with CAD or surveying software. Full UK driving licence required.
