Your tasks

• The opportunity to influence strategic decisions at the highest level within the TRATON R&D organization

• High-level relationship-building across the R&D organization to ensure input from each R&D area in defining future TRATON R&D Strategy

• Membership in a diverse cross-site team dedicated to solving complex problems and developing the best solutions for TRATON R&D

Your qualifications

• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into action

• High social intelligence and a true collaborator skilled at engaging with stakeholders across different levels

• Self-driven solution-oriented and goal-focused

• The ability to balance short-term priorities while keeping the long-term perspective in focus

• Proven ability to navigate complex fast-changing environments

• A problem-solving attitudefocusing on solutions rather than challenges

• Languages: English is a must; German Swedish Portuguese or other languages are a plus

• Extensive experience in strategic development leadership project management or R&D within one of the TRATON brands

• Flexible working hours with trust-based working hours
• Up to 80% working remotely as well as 20 days/year working from abroad in the EU
• 30 leave days 6-8 additional free days due to conversion option
