What youll do
Customers are at the centre of Bells tech transformation. Embedded in the team you will have the opportunity to lead customer-centric products that impact how people and businesses connect work and learn. Grads will work together with teams across the spectrum to deliver exceptional experiences through cost-effective project management.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities might include managing innovative products or driving product lifecycles and more. Youll bring fresh perspectives to the team and to our clients through competitive benchmarking analysis and business planning. Upon completion of the program you will have the knowledge skills network and breadth of experience to help transform the organization and become the next generation of leaders at Bell.

Requirements
- You have a Bachelors or Masters degree in a STEM or business-related field OR a college/CEGEP diploma or post-grad certificate in a STEM-related field completed before the program start date and no earlier than three years before your application date.
- You have less than three years of combined professional experience excluding past internship experiences.
Technical Skills (you have some of the following)
- You are familiar with project/program management principles frameworks and tools
- You are experienced in lean/agile methods processes and tools (e.g. JIRA Kanban) and have knowledge of how to drive product lifecycles
- You are tech savvy with a desire to keep up-to-date with the latest technology (including AI and cloud) and trends by monitoring competitors and market shifts
Leadership Skills
- You are a skilled communicator balancing urgency empathy and integrity. You speak and write clearly and concisely and you listen with the purpose of encouraging transparent dialogue.
- You gain the trust of your teams being known for demonstrating fairness and respect.
- You promote belonging and are flexible accountable and collaborative.
- You are analytical and are an exceptional problem-solver with a curiosity to understand how things work.
- You can identify insights and opportunities from data and metrics and are able to create strategies to support sound recommendations.
