Job Summary
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Springfield and surrounding areas
Haven Home Health & Hospice is looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our locally owned clinician-led team serving Springfield and the surrounding communities. At Haven we know what its like to be a clinician in the fieldbecause we are one of you.

What Youll Do:
Deliver direct occupational therapy services
Carry out individualized plans of care under OT supervision
Coordinate with the OT and other healthcare professionals as needed
Support patients and families through education and communication
What Were Looking For:
Active Missouri COTA license and certification in good standing
At least 1 year of experience as a COTA within the last 3 years
Strong clinical judgment communication and time management skills
Home health experience is a plus
