JOB TITLE: Custodial Site Supervisor

Hours: Monday thru Friday 8 hours 3pm-11:30pm
Starting pay is $18/hr

(Occasional adjustments may be needed based on business requirements)

Are you a polished professional with an eye for detail and a drive to exceed expectations Do you take pride in maintaining clean organized and welcoming spaces ESS Clean Inc. a leader in commercial cleaning is seeking a Custodial Site Supervisor to lead cleaning operations at a school site where excellence professionalism and reliability are essential.

What Youll Do:

• Ensure spotless results by performing regular inspections and hands-on cleaning
• Supervise and support a dedicated cleaning team with respect and consistency
• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
• Maintain supply closets and equipment organization
• Communicate clearly with the Area Manager customer contact and your team
• Step in to clean when neededleading by example
• Maintain a culture of safety and accountability at the worksite

• Experienced in cleaning services and ready to step up to a supervisory role
• Comfortable using cleaning equipment and able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to work independently and reliably during evening hours

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in custodial supervision or commercial cleaning
• Knowledge of safety protocols MSDS and cleaning standards
