Critical skills:

• Must be detail orientated
• Have a basic understanding of written and spoken English preferred
• Communicate effectively with supervisor.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures
• Ability to follow safety procedures

Other preferred skills:

• Display a competency to perform accurate work in a repetitive motion environment
• Duties & Responsibilities (may include any or all of the following):
• Hand harvesting
• Seed Processing

Expectations of employment:

• Able to complete repetitive tasks for long periods of time
• Be self-motivated and possess a positive attitude
• Willingness to work more than 8 hours a day
• Willingness to work 7 days a week during peak work times
• Have schedule availability (Must be able to work from early morning until the evening)
• Ability to work around dust for long periods of time
• Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions
• Work well with team members
• Ability to walk/stand/crouch for several hours at a time
• Need to be able and willing to walk on uneven ground
• Workers are expected to be on time when scheduled
• Must have a reliable means to work
• Employees will be asked to make/receive personal phone calls during their breaks unless it?s an emergency
• Workers are expected to meet minimum performance standards.
• Corteva shall supply all required personal protective equipment
