Job Description
We are looking for a creative and versatile Content Creator with strong storytelling skills and a passion for digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing impactful content across multiple platforms helping to shape brand visibility and engagement within the financial services and FX sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging content for websites email campaigns blogs and social media channels.
- Produce visually appealing multimedia assets including videos graphics and infographics with occasional on-camera participation.
- Ensure all content consistently communicates the brands tone values and identity.
- Execute campaign deliverables using established workflows templates and brand guidelines.
- Write compelling copy to increase engagement and conversions (e.g. subject lines promotional text headlines).
- Capture highlights from events conferences and initiatives repurposing them into creative digital content.
- Work closely with marketing design and communications teams to align content with strategic objectives.
- Stay informed on compliance requirements relevant to the financial industry to ensure content accuracy and credibility.
- Monitor and analyze content performance recommending optimizations to improve results.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Uzbek or Russian speaker (C1 level) with strong English communication skills (minimum B2)
- Degree in Marketing Journalism Communications or a related field (flexible on discipline).
- At least 3 years of experience in content creation ideally within FX industry.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating writing design or multimedia work.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content performance optimization.
- Creative detail-oriented and passionate about digital storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
