Job Title: Talent Acquisition Supervisor
Scope:
The Talent Acquisition Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the recruitment processes managing the talent acquisition team and implementing effective strategies to attract evaluate and hire top talent. This role requires good leadership and communication.
Responsibilities:
Including but not limited to:
Team Management:
- Oversee day-to-day activities of team members by reviewing daily work schedules and providing support and guidance to team members.
- Manage teams performance and development through conducting regular team meetings to review performance and goals and action plans
- Ensure requisitions are handled within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Onboarding New talent acquisition team members:
- Facilitate the onboarding of new team members and conduct the orientation sessions for them.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Ensure new hires receive all necessary information tools and resources to succeed in their roles.
Qualifications:
5 - 7 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
