Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic this role you will work closely with customers partners and internal teams to design implement and support our solutions. The ideal candidate has both technical expertise and strong client-facing skills enabling them to understand business needs translate them into technical requirements and deliver tailored solutions that drive value.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales and account executives to gather requirements and provide solution demonstrations.
Conduct discovery sessions with clients to understand workflows integrations and document management needs.
Design and configure solutions to meet customer requirements.
Lead implementations including installation configuration customization and testing.
Serve as the primary technical liaison during projects ensuring smooth communication between client and internal teams.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to customers and partners.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations migrations and third-party systems.
Document project deliverables configurations and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience).
3 years in a solutions consulting technical consulting or professional services role.
Strong knowledge of document management systems (iManage NetDocuments SharePoint).
Hands-on experience with integrations APIs and migrations.
Proficiency with Microsoft technologies (.NET C# Azure) preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Prior experience in legal tech or professional services software is a plus.
