As the founding member of our team in Cracow you will be responsible for building our presence from the ground up in this strategically important market. You will help us grow our community of partners by introducing the Saltz App to Cracows most ambitious kitchens from Michelin-starred restaurants culinary concepts to renowned chef-driven venues and high-end event caterers.

Tasks
- Grow Saltzs by acquiring new restaurant and HoReCa clients
- Identify and qualify potential customers through research and outreach
- Reach out via calls social media and in-person visits to start conversations
- Run product demos and clearly communicate Saltzs value to potential customers
- Convert prospects into active buyers and support them through their first orders
- Build long-term relationships with customers and act as their point of contact
- Share feedback and ideas to improve our sales approach and overall product
Requirements
- Native Polish and proficiency in English
- Youre comfortable visiting chefs and restaurant managers daily.
- You have experience working in a restaurant kitchen or as a salesperson.
- A builders mindset you thrive on creating and refining processes
- Exceptional listening and problem-solving skills you seek to understand a clients core challenges
- A genuine passion for the culinary world
- Bonus: You speak other languages fluently in addition to Polish or English.
