Job Title - Oracle Cloud HCM Functional - Absence Management

Job Description:

Required Skills:

10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with at least 2 end-to-end Absence Management implementations
In-depth knowledge of leave types accruals eligibility profiles fast formulas and integrations with Payroll and Core HR
Ability to design solutions conduct workshops prepare functional documents and support UAT and post-go-live activities
Must have Public Sector experience.
Strong problem-solving and client-facing skills

Work Site: Remote

Duration: 6 Months
