Title: Senior Project Manager Commissions & Annuities
Location: Dallas TX (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term
We are hiring a Senior Project Manager with 20 years of project leadership experience ideally in the insurance/financial services domain with deep knowledge of commissions & annuities.
Responsibilities:

Lead commission & annuity projects ensuring regulatory compliance.

Work with cross-functional teams (finance actuaries compliance IT).

Manage vendor integrations & platforms (Oracle Insurance Salesforce FSC SAP FS-CD).

Deliver projects on-time within scope & budget.

Provide executive-level updates on risks budgets and progress.
Qualifications:
-
20 years in project management 10 in commissions/annuities.
-
PMP certified.
-
Expertise in compliance compensation models payouts.
-
Strong vendor & stakeholder management.
Preferred: Prior experience with commission engines CRM systems policy admin tools.
