Based out of Houston Texas our mission is to connect top talent with leading organizations in the animal health veterinary pet care and related industries. While headquartered in Houston our team is fully remote working collaboratively across the U.S. and beyond.
We provide recruiters with access to powerful tools-including CEIPAL ATS/CRM Microsoft Suite AI sourcing platforms email and a dedicated phone system-so you can focus on what matters most: building relationships sourcing exceptional candidates and driving successful placements.
This is a commission-only role (1099) with a competitive commission structure and quarterly incentives offering high earning potential for driven recruiters.
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with strong sourcing relationship-building and closing skills. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced remote environment and has the ability to connect with professionals in the animal sector or similar industries.
Essential Functions -
Source engage and screen candidates through job boards databases social media and referrals.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle-from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and placement.

Build strong relationships with clients and candidates within the animal sector.

Effectively utilize Wulfs ATS/CRM for pipeline management and reporting.

Collaborate with the remote team to share market insights best practices and candidate pipelines.

Consistently meet or exceed placement targets to maximize commission earnings.
Job Competencies -
Sourcing Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Boolean searches job boards LinkedIn and other candidate acquisition tools.

Client & Candidate Relationship Management: Ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for phone and video conversations.

Remote Work Efficiency: Self-motivated with excellent time management organizational and digital collaboration skills.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable leveraging ATS/CRM Microsoft tools and AI-based sourcing platforms.

Negotiation & Closing: Skilled in offer management handling objections and securing placements.
Job Specifications Minimum Qualifications -
2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.

Proven track record in sourcing and closing candidates.

Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems (CEIPAL preferred but others acceptable).

Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed and other sourcing tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (1099 contractor status).

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications -
Experience in the animal sector (veterinary animal health pet care etc.).

Prior experience with CEIPAL ATS/CRM.

Established network of candidates and clients within the industry.

Experience working in a commission-driven recruiting environment.
Compensation -
Commission-only (1099 contractor).
