Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Billing Engineer with 3 5 years of experience to manage and oversee billing activities at a cement plant site in Bathinda Punjab. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of construction billing BOQ (Bill of Quantities) client billing subcontractor billing and site-level coordination. Experience in the cement or heavy industrial sector is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit client bills (RA bills) in accordance with contractual terms and site progress.
Prepare subcontractor/vendor bills ensuring proper measurements and work certification.
Manage quantity take-offs verification of quantities from drawings and actual site execution.
Coordinate with the site execution team planning procurement and client representatives for smooth billing operations.
Maintain accurate records of work done bill submissions and certifications.
Handle reconciliation of materials and other project-related data for monthly MIS reporting.
Ensure compliance with all taxation statutory and GST norms applicable to billing.
Assist in project cost control and monitoring by identifying discrepancies in planned vs. actual billing.
Generate and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports for internal and client requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

/ Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
3 5 years of relevant billing experience in construction or industrial projects (cement industry preferred).
Proficient in MS Excel AutoCAD and ERP systems (SAP Tally etc.).
Good knowledge of contractual terms GST and government/commercial billing norms.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to work in Bathinda (Punjab) on a third-party payroll basis.
