The role involves team handling channel development and ensuring execution excellence to meet organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:Team Management:
Lead and manage a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) / Territory Sales Officers (TSOs)
Provide guidance support and motivation to ensure high team performance
Drive regular performance reviews and capability development initiatives
Channel Management (Broca):
Develop and expand the Broca (agent-based) channel in the territory
Ensure active engagement onboarding and training of Broca partners
Monitor channel productivity and address performance issues proactively
Sales Planning & Execution:
Prepare and implement monthly/quarterly sales plans for the territory
Track achievement vs targets and ensure corrective actions where required
Ensure effective implementation of sales promotion campaigns and trade schemes
Market Development:
Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base
Ensure proper market coverage and penetration across the territory
Reporting & MIS:
Provide regular sales reports forecasts and competitor intelligence
Use data to make informed decisions and recommendations
Compliance & Process Adherence:
Ensure adherence to company policies guidelines and regulatory norms
Maintain hygiene in documentation claims and audit processes
