The Opportunity
We are seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant - Product Owner to lead the evolution of key elements of our ServiceNow and adjacent ecosystem as part of our Managed Service Transformation program which strives to accelerate TELUS Business Solutions evolution in the this role youll combine product ownership technical expertise and business acumen to drive roadmap initiatives that improve customer experience enhance operational efficiency and support revenue growth. Youll have the opportunity to influence strategy lead delivery and shape the future of TELUSs service management capabilities.
