Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate experience and knowledge to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research preparing statistical reports handling information requests and performing functions such as preparing correspondence receiving visitors arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings.
- Qualifications and/or expertise are exceptional and/or highly unique.
- Initiates supervises and/or develops requirements from a projects inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs.
- Provides strategic advice technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff.
- Provides detailed analysis evaluation and recommendations for improvements optimization development and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues.
- Consults with client to define need or problem.
- Supervises studies and leads surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.
- Maintain/update the local workload tracker and ensure documents templates and samples are posted in a centralized location.
- Perform administrative support program functions and provide day-to-day administrative support to include responding to urgent and short notice tasks.
- Perform edits (additions deletions corrections) to reviewed documents that are administrative such as grammatical corrections and document formatting.
- Maintain/update a designated workload tracker prepare a variety of recurring and special reports.
- Research assemble and summarize a wide variety of analytical administrative and clerical support duties.
- Perform reviews research drafting of proposed responses and generation of copies in support of a variety of tasks to include Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and protest actions or other claims against the agency.
- Gather information draft briefing charts talking papers bullet background papers in preparation for local and high-level meetings with internal/external customers.
- Organize inputs for front office taskers updating staff meeting slides with award/decorations leave FOIA protests and upcoming events status.
- Prepare correspondence to notify 772d ESS mission partners of required acquisition package submission dates to ensure timely procurement.
- Upon approval the contractor shall distribute the letters to the appropriate customer contracting team lead(s) and contracting officer(s).
- Assist with preparation and delivery of a variety of recurring and special documents and correspondence including letters of intent to exercise options CO/CS change letters and requests for technical evaluation letters.
- Facilitate team training and meetings coordinating attendance scheduling meeting spaces and call-in lines preparing training/briefing materials conducting a quality check of materials being presented prior to meetings/training and maintain a list of attendees.
Required Skills Qualifications and Experience:
- 10 years of experience as SME.
- Expertise in MS Office applications such as Word Excel and SharePoint.
- Must be an American citizen possess a valid US Drivers License and successfully pass a government background check.
