Job Description:
The Call Center Agent is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls providing information and supporting customer inquiries. This role requires patience active listening skills and the ability to deliver clear and helpful responses while maintaining professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and assist with customer inquiries.
Make outbound calls as required.
Record and maintain accurate information from calls.
Provide excellent service while following company guidelines.
Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
