Chatterbox Speech and Language Clinic is a client-centered practice dedicated to providing high-quality evidence-based speech and language therapy services. We work with children and adults to help them reach their full communication potential through personalized therapy and a supportive collaborative environment.
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assess diagnose and treat speech language voice and fluency disorders in a diverse client population. This role requires excellent communication skills clinical expertise and a genuine commitment to improving lives through therapeutic intervention.
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on diagnostic findings and client goals.
Provide one-on-one or group therapy sessions tailored to clients needs.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation progress reports and treatment records.
Collaborate with families caregivers teachers and other professionals to support therapy goals.
Educate clients and families on communication strategies and techniques.
Participate in team meetings professional development and clinic initiatives.
Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology.
Master s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Valid state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain).
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
Experience with pediatric and/or adult populations.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
Experience with AAC devices autism spectrum disorders or feeding/swallowing therapy is an asset.
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
