Title: Backend Developer
Location: NYC NY
Pay Rate: $55.00/HR on W2

Experience Requirements
- Minimum: 8 years of hands-on backend development experience 7 or 8 years of experience is not impressive could use more
- Note: Many resumes list extensive tools/tech but actual usage and depth of experience must be verified
Core Technical Focus
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Backend development
- API integrations
- Microservices architecture
- Database automation
- GCP migrations
- Cloud & Data Technologies (GCP-centric):
- Spanner Database emphasized this several times as important
- GCS (Google Cloud Storage)
- BigQuery or Bigtable
- Kafka
- NoSQL and Graph databases
- Experience migrating data from on-prem to cloud environments
- Bonus Skills:
- Familiarity with data engineering toolsets (currently lacking on the team but highly desired big query Kafka NoSQL nothing specific but that mindset)
- Automation in backend and database processes
UI & Full Stack Clarification
- Initially described as full stack but updated to reflect:
- End-to-end exposure preferred
- UI/Angular/React is not a focus - team already has dedicated UI engineers
- Familiarity with UI is helpful but not required
