Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of digital marketing strategists.
  • Oversee planning execution and optimization of campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Proactively analyze each platform to understand the day-to-day details and drive results.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create innovative strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance provide actionable insights and continuously improve results.
  • Refine internal processes to enhance team efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends tools and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience running campaigns on multiple platforms.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience on Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads.
  • Agency experience highly preferred.
  • Strong background in social media search display email marketing and other channels.
  • Proven managerial or supervisory experience.
  • Ability to manage and grow high-performing digital marketing teams.
  • Exceptional client relationship communication and people management skills.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking with great attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager Google Analytics etc.
  • Bachelors degree in marketing communications or a related field.
  • Fluency in English is required.

  • Competitive salary: $63900 $147400 based on experience and skills
