As our LIFE Center Manager youll lead a dedicated team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the LIFE Center. Your leadership will ensure that participants receive the highest quality care and services in a safe welcoming environment. Youll also play a key role in strengthening collaboration across departments enhancing care coordination and fostering a culture where everyone feels valuedstaff and participants alike.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and support an interdisciplinary care team to deliver exceptional participant-centered services
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with LIFE program regulations
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to continuously improve outcomes and satisfaction
- Foster a positive workplace culture built on respect trust and shared mission
- Monitor financial performance and manage budgets responsibly
Qualifications :
What Youll Bring:
- Bachelors degree in healthcare administration nursing social work or related field (Masters preferred; experience may substitute for education)
- 5 years of healthcare management experience; LIFE program experience a plus
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Proven leadership and team-building abilities
- A deep commitment to serving others with dignity and compassion
