Job Summary
Were excited to welcome a Customer Service Rep to join our dynamic team in Canton United States! As the face of our company youll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through friendly efficient and professional service.
- Greet customers warmly and address their needs with enthusiasm and empathy
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our computer system
- Handle monetary transactions and make correct change when necessary
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and suggestions for improvement
Qualifications :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Proficiency in data entry and order processing using computer systems
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively
- Patience and ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure order accuracy
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required we provide comprehensive training!
