Job Summary

Community Living Inc. is hiring a Vocational Case Managerto support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in maintaining meaningful this role youll provide one-on-one coaching track progress on employment goals and partner with employers to ensure participants have the tools and support they need to succeed. Location:St. Charles County
Status: Full-Time
Pay:$23.25/hour

What Youll Do

  • Provide individualized job coaching to help participants strengthen hard and soft skills.

  • Develop and implement coaching plans job checklists and task analyses.

  • Conduct retention visits to monitor progress and address challenges quickly.

  • Coordinate with employers participants and Employment Services staff to support workplace success.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of participant progress and prepare reports for stakeholders.

  • Ensure services meet all funder state and accreditation requirements.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with employers and community partners.

What Were Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelors degree in social services or related field preferred.

  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred.

  • Strong communication problem-solving and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple caseloads and keep accurate records.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel).

  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.

  • Flexible schedule availability which may include evenings weekends or split shifts.
