Job Summary
Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic/Ambulatory
Location: New York NY
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday Friday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (No weekends)
Hours Per Week: 40
Pay Rate: $55 $65/hour
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic/Ambulatoryfor an exciting job in New York NY.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform patient assessments and triage in an ambulatory care setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans
Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner in medical records
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations policies and safety standards
Qualifications:
Active RN license in New York State (required)
Previous experience in ambulatory or outpatient nursing (preferred)
Strong clinical assessment organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
