Job Summary

Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Fulton Missouri

Hours & Schedule

Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
No weekend or holiday coverage
No emergency call requirements

About the Role:We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support clients who have co-occurring developmental and mental health needs. The BCBA will function within a multidisciplinary team and design behavioral programs that drive progress toward personal and treatment goals.

Key Functions

Collaborate with clinical and support staff as part of a comprehensive team.
Complete behavioral assessments and identify ongoing data collection needs.
Create implement and evaluate BSPs that aim to:
- Build adaptive skills and functional independence
- Reduce problematic or harmful behaviors
- Facilitate safe transition to less restrictive placements.
Continuously track progress and modify interventions as needed.
Engage fully in team discussions and treatment plan updates.

Qualifications

Valid BCBA certification.
Experience with populations with both developmental disabilities and psychiatric conditions.
Strong observational analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
Team-focused with the ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines.
