Shift: Mid 5x8-Hour (2:00 PM 9:57 PM)
Duration: 13 Weeks (with strong possibility of extension)

Pay Range:

Local: $26 $28 per hour
Travel: $27 $31 per hour

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with experience in behavioral health to provide high-quality care and support to patients. The CNA will assist with daily living activities help maintain a safe therapeutic environment and work closely with nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing dressing grooming toileting).
Monitor and promptly report changes in patients physical or emotional condition to the nursing team.
Provide compassionate support to patients experiencing behavioral and/or mental health challenges.
Safely assist with mobility transfers and fall-prevention strategies.
Maintain a clean safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
Assist with meals hydration and ensure nutritional needs are met.
Support patient participation in treatment plans and therapeutic activities.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years of CNA experience required.
Experience in behavioral health/mental health settings strongly preferred.

Certifications (Required Prior to Start)

Valid CNA Certification
BLS (AHA)
