Responsibilities:

Assist clients in selecting cruise itineraries and accommodations.
Provide guidance on excursions activities and onboard options.
Manage reservations payments and travel documentation.
Support clients before and during their trips.
Stay updated on cruise line promotions and training

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Comfortable working independently in a remote role
Passion for cruise travel and guest experiences.
