Job Description
Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead one of our clients key retail locations in Cincinnati OH. This role requires strong leadership operational oversight and a deep understanding of customer service and team management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the store maximizing profitability and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations including staffing inventory and merchandising
Manage train and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and customer service standards
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement strategies
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
Handle customer issues and resolve conflicts professionally and efficiently
Prepare sales reports manage scheduling and coordinate with corporate leadership
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar leadership role in a retail environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to lead develop and inspire a team
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of retail operations inventory control and sales reporting
High school diploma required; associate or bachelors degree in business or related field is preferred
