Job Summary
Sugarhouse Station with the Pago Group is looking for skilled bartenders to join our team. We are located at 2155 S Highland Salt Lake City UT. Our ideal candidate is a professional & motivated individual who will help us create a great culture at our new establishment.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of high-volume craft cocktail bartending experience in an upscale or fine dining environment.
- Expert knowledge of classic & contemporary cocktails spirits wine & beer with an understanding of flavor balance & ingredient pairings.
- Must be a team player and willing to assist co-workers as needed.
- Strong multitasking skills to manage high-volume service.
- Experience with advanced mixology techniques.
- Exceptional customer service & hospitality skills.
- Understanding of cost control inventory management & waste reduction.
- Comply with responsible alcohol service.
- Flexibility & availability to work late nights weekends & holidays.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
