Job Description

Title: RF Testing
Job Location- Redmond WA
Mode- W2 or 1099
Rate Card- $50/ hr.
Experience- 5 yrs.
The JD is as follows:
Key job responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Field Integration Test scenarios with several HW permutations and configurations
  • Report progress daily and adjust according to the feedback
  • Collaborate closely with software engineering and quality assurance teams to identify opportunities to improve test coverage and optimize testing workflows
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in test automation identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies and methodologies
Basic qualifications
  • Understanding functional embedded SW/HW validation and existing methods
  • Basic understanding of IP networking and wireless technologies and testing these technologies
  • Experience on manual test case creation and execution
  • Excellent problem-solving analytical and troubleshooting skills
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience automating manual HW/RF/FW/SW testing
  • Experience in enterprise-grade test automation frameworks and platforms
  • Hands-on expertise in developing custom test automation tools libraries and integrations to enhance developer productivity
  • Strong RF domain expertise with experience managing site surveys assessing link budget/SINR signal interference spectrum management / coordination with other wireless systems
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum Kanban)
