As an SAP OTC / POS Functional Consultant you will:
Analyze business requirements identify gaps and propose scalable solutions.
Configure and/or write functional specifications to develop new functionality.
Manage the full software implementation life cycle including configuration testing deployment and post-go-live support.
Take ownership of resolving complex issues within SAP OTC/POS and collaborate with AM teams when necessary.
Optimize existing SAP solutions for performance automation and efficiency.
Coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders including Business Analysts Architects and Product Managers.
Mentor and guide junior members of the team.
WHO YOULL WORK WITH
You will be part of the SAP Customer Order to Cash team an enabling team and key stakeholder within the E-commerce IT landscape for H&M Group.
The teams mission is to seamlessly integrate legally compliant sales data into SAP ECC.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting Omni-channel capabilities across store and online channels globally.
Together youll ensure efficient payment processes end-to-end accounting and reliable reporting for stakeholders worldwide.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with
810 years of experience in SAP POS / OTC.
Hands-on expertise in SAP POS configuration requirement analysis functional specs user training documentation and support.
Strong understanding of SAP POS integration with SAP SD MM and FI.
Experience with logistics and financial processes (order processing fulfillment returns billing consignment intercompany revenue recognition ATP IDocs master data).
Involvement in at least 2 implementations and 12 support projects.
Knowledge of enhancements using RICEFW APIs BAPIs/BADIs and e-invoicing solutions.

Strategic analytical and proactive in solving complex challenges.
Collaborative team players with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in fast-paced global environments with agile ways of working.
Experienced in ABAP debugging external system integrations or S/4HANA (a plus).
Knowledgeable in SAP Retail (advantageous).
