Coordinate with culinary housekeeping and other departments for seamless service delivery.
Monitor inventory requisitions and ensure proper stock levels for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations.
Contribute to creating guest engagement initiatives to enhance dining experiences.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
23 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations (supervisory level preferred).
Strong knowledge of F&B service standards and operational procedures.
Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage a multicultural team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong guest-oriented approach with attention to detail.
