Job Summary

  • Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations across restaurants bars and banquets.

  • Ensure high standards of service quality and hygiene in line with brand guidelines.

  • Assist in staff training scheduling and performance monitoring.

  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Support in achieving departmental financial targets (cost control upselling revenue generation).

  • Coordinate with culinary housekeeping and other departments for seamless service delivery.

  • Monitor inventory requisitions and ensure proper stock levels for smooth operations.

  • Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations.

  • Contribute to creating guest engagement initiatives to enhance dining experiences.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.

  • 23 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations (supervisory level preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of F&B service standards and operational procedures.

  • Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage a multicultural team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong guest-oriented approach with attention to detail.
