AI Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML Engineer with deep expertise in Generative AI Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to lead our Machine Learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage a team of talented data scientists and engineers owning the end-to-end AI/ML portfolio of the organization. This role requires not only strong technical proficiency but also proven team leadership and project management experience

Key Responsibilities AI/ML Strategy & Leadership o Define and execute the organizations AI/ML strategy and roadmap. o Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists. o Ensure best practices for model development deployment and scalability. Technical Ownership o Architect and implement advanced machine learning solutions especially around transformer-based architectures. o Build and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for various business use cases. o Develop and optimize RAG pipelines for production-ready applications. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Engineering and Data) to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions. Innovation & Research o Stay updated with cutting-edge AI research and integrate relevant advancements into the companys solutions. o Explore and deploy frameworks like Hugging Face Transformers PyTorch and other modern ML toolkits. End-to-End Delivery o Oversee the entire lifecycle of ML modelsfrom problem framing data preparation and model training to deployment and performance monitoring.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in AI/ML with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Strong expertise in Generative AI RAG and LLM fine-tuning.

Hands-on proficiency with Python PyTorch and transformer-based architectures.

Deep understanding of Hugging Face Transformers and related frameworks.

Proven experience handling end-to-end ML operations in production.

Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.

Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation and scalability.
