We are an IT Solutions Integrator/Consulting Firm helping our clients hire the right professional for an exciting long term project. Here are a few details.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Lead design development and deployment of Pega BPM applications.
Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Drive architecture frameworks and reusable component development.
Ensure compliance with best practices coding standards and performance optimization.
Manage teams mentor junior consultants and oversee deliverables.
Support application troubleshooting defect resolution and enhancements.
Work with cross-functional teams for seamless solution integration.
Required Skills:
6 8 years of hands-on experience in Pega BPM development and solution delivery.
Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC (v8.x preferred).
Expertise in designing case types flows integrations decision rules UI and reporting.
Familiarity with Pega frameworks (e.g. Customer Service Marketing Sales Automation).
Strong understanding of BPM concepts SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Experience with integrations (SOAP REST MQ APIs).
Proficiency in performance tuning and application debugging.
Excellent communication stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Good to Have:
Pega CSA CSSA or LSA certification.
Experience managing offshore/onshore delivery teams.
Exposure to cloud-based Pega deployments.
