TPF Recruitment are representing a highly respected and forward-thinking firm of chartered accountants in Salisbury who are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant Manager into their growing Accounts & Business Services team.

Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager you ll enjoy a varied role with plenty of client interaction and responsibility. You will:
- Oversee the preparation of annual financial statements across statutory accounts partnerships trusts and sole traders.
- Manage your own client portfolio acting as the main point of contact and building strong client relationships.
- Supervise mentor and review the work of junior team members supporting their development.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver joined-up value-added services.
Requirements
We re looking for someone who:
- Is ACA/ACCA qualified or AAT qualified or qualified by experience.
- Has proven experience with cloud accounting software.
- Can work confidently both independently and as part of a wider team.
- Demonstrates excellent communication leadership and client relationship skills.
- Is motivated commercially aware and committed to delivering high-quality work to deadlines.
- Is ambitious and keen to progress their career further within a leading accountancy firm.

- Salary between 45000 - 55000 per annum depending on experience and qualification status with regular reviews.
