- Build and test internal tools to automate trading operations and enhance team efficiency.
- Monitor the performance of live models and tools proactively identifying and implementing refinements for optimal results.
- Assist in pricing evaluating and informing decisions on new products and promotions through analytical insights.
- Stay current with market trends academic research and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
- Work closely with trading risk and development teams providing data analysis and insights in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications :
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Bachelors or Masters degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics Physics Statistics Computer Science or Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python including libraries like Pandas NumPy and Scikit-learn for data manipulation analysis and model building.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment multi-task prioritize and meet strict deadlines.
- Sharp problem-solving skills with a keen interest in applying rigorous quantitative techniques to financial markets.
