We re seeking a highly experienced Senior Pre-Sales Engineer / Solution Architect / to join our US Growth this strategic role you ll partner closely with Account Executives Product and Customer Success to lead technical discovery design architecture and deliver compelling demos and Proof of Concept engagements.
You will serve as the technical face of Conversive in the sales process translating complex business requirements into powerful solution blueprints. You will also play a key role in enabling GTM motions with our technology partners CRM ecosystems and telecom service providers.
This role requires a strong blend of technical depth consultative selling storytelling and a strategic mindset to work across diverse enterprise accounts in the US region.
Lead and facilitate technical discovery sessions to uncover client business objectives evaluate existing system architecture and assess integration requirements.
Translate complex customer needs into customized Conversive solution designs leveraging our APIs platform components and CRM integrations to deliver optimal fit.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and sandbox experiences that clearly articulate key value drivers such as ROI automation and regulatory compliance.
Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders (CIOs CTOs Legal Compliance) by articulating both the technical and business value of solutions.
Author detailed RFP/RFI responses including solution architecture diagrams cost models and phased implementation strategies aligned to client priorities.
Act as the primary technical advisor throughout the sales cycle addressing advanced queries related to integration feasibility data security system scalability and performance optimization.
Design scalable enterprise-grade architectures integrating Conversive with leading CRMs such as Salesforce HubSpot Microsoft Dynamics and custom-built platforms.
Collaborate with telecom providers and enterprise clients to architect omni-channel messaging workflows across SMS MMS WhatsApp and other channels.
Develop and maintain reusable technical assets including solution blueprints demo environments architecture templates and vertical-specific workflow models.
Provide technical continuity during post-sale handoff supporting onboarding and implementation teams to ensure seamless execution and solution alignment.
Enable Conversive s ecosystem growth by participating in co-sell motions with ISVs and strategic alliances.
Represent Conversive in joint technical webinars partner demos and solutioning workshops.
10 12 years of experience in pre-sales solution architecture technical consulting or enterprise implementation roles.
Strong understanding of APIs RESTful web services SDKs and data flows.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce HubSpot and marketing automation tools.
Prior experience working in or integrating telecom/messaging platforms (SMS MMS CPaaS WhatsApp) is a big advantage.
Strong grasp of data security compliance (TCPA HIPAA) and information privacy in a SaaS context.
Proven experience delivering presentations and demos to C-level and enterprise stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfort with US business communication norms.
Located in North America and available to work in US Eastern or Pacific time zones.
Salesforce certifications (Admin App Builder Integration Architect etc.)
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
Previous experience working in a high-growth SaaS or CPaaS environment.
