As a Talent Acquisition Intern at IIDE you will support the HR team in executing bulk hiring for Sales and other critical roles. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment from sourcing candidates to onboarding while building skills in stakeholder management communication and data handling. What You ll Do
Assist in bulk recruitment by sourcing screening and scheduling interviews for Sales and other roles.
Conduct high-volume telephonic screenings daily.
Support HR interviews candidate shortlisting and documentation.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
Maintain recruitment data in Google Sheets/Excel or ATS and prepare weekly hiring reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by sharing timely updates and feedback.
Manage repetitive tasks with patience and attention to detail.
Who You Are
Must-Have:
Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor s/Master s degree (preferably in HR Psychology or Business).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable with high-volume calling.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Should Have:
Nice to Have:
Must-Have: 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition & Generalist HR, preferably with at least 1 year in a lead or ownership capacity. Proven success in managing volume hiring across departments, especially for sales or student-facing roles. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with strong stakeholder management. Proficiency in ATS tools and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, or Zoho Recruit. Ability to work independently, while collaborating with central teams across cities. Nice-to-Have: Prior experience in the education, edtech, or high-growth startup space. Exposure to employer branding, campus hiring, or referral programs. Familiarity with HRMS tools (Darwinbox, Zoho, or similar). Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
