The Role:
We are seeking a talented and passionate UX Designer to help us create user-centered digital products that are intuitive engaging and impactful. You will play a key role in designing the next generation of digital banking experiences ensuring our solutions not only meet the needs of our clients but also provide a "dramastically better" experience for their end-users.
Responsibilities:
Conduct user research to understand customer behaviors needs and pain points.
Create user flows wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity mockups for new and existing products.
Collaborate with product managers engineers and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-friendly design solutions.
Design and conduct usability testing to validate designs and gather feedback.
Maintain and contribute to our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across all products.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends best practices and new technologies in UX and Fintech.
Skills:
Experience in UX design preferably within the SaaS Fintech or B2B space.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects and design process.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Suite.
Knowledge of the following technologies and software: HTML CSS iOS Android Design Systems.
Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
Excellent communication collaboration and problem-solving skills.
A passion for creating clean intuitive and delightful user experiences.
