IN_RBIC_Senior_Engineer_Application_Engineer(Active Safety & NBS)

1. Vehicle Testing Performance Evaluation Application and Calibration of control algorithms in software for Active Safety system.
2. Working on a variety of technologies for different vehicle types (ICE HEV & EV) and supporting the development of Driver Assistance Systems
3. Understand and analyze customers performance & controller requirements.
4. Conduct Vehicle tests in summer and winter sessions and calibrate system performance per Bosch Customers and legal requirements.
5. Trouble-shooting in vehicle for hardware software & DAQ during development.
6. Interface with customer to provide technical support
7. Follow company development and quality processes
8. Support other group/department in project acquisition and technical activities
9. Experience/Know how in conducting vehicle tests. ( Eg. Brake tests Lane changes on different test surfaces)
10. Understanding of ABS/ESP Homologation testing as per regulations.
11. Good know how of Vehicle dynamics.
12. Good driving skills & ability to judge vehicle behavior & system impact on vehicle behavior.
13. Good analytical and logical reasoning.
14. Strong social skills active listening relationship management effective communication engagement with team members & client.
15. Understanding of programming language C Matlab Simulink.
16. Hands-on with DAQ (Data acquisition systems). Vbox Vector tools data loggers sensors & SW programming tools.
17. General awareness of automotive industry -current trends/affairs.
18. Testing experience on ABS and ESP system preferred.
19. Experience in hydraulic brake system with understanding of brake system calculation and foundation brake sizing preferred

Qualifications :

1. Engineering graduate/Post Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in Automotive Domain.
2. Experience in hydraulic brake system with understanding of brake system calculation and foundation brake sizing preferred
3. Experience in tyre suspension tuning with hands on dynamic vehicle testing experience.

General awareness of automotive industry current trends/affairs.

Additional Information :

• The person should be travel to multiple places to Sweden Australia New Zealand.

• Should have passion for driving work with high technology for braking system.
