Job Description
This is a remote position.
Job Description:
We re hiring a good number of experienced Workday HCM Consultants to support ongoing Workday implementations for Mercer. Candidates must be hands-on with Workday Core HCM and ideally have experience in additional modules (Compensation Recruiting Talent etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on Core HCM configurations enhancements and optimizations
- Engage with global stakeholders to gather and translate business needs
- Deliver Workday solutions in line with best practices
- Provide ongoing support testing and training
Time Zone Coverage:
- Must be open to working in US time zones
- Flexibility to stretch up to 5 PM PST from India
Requirements
Certification:
- Workday Certified Mandatory
