Automation Test Engineer - Android

Requirements

We are looking for a passionate Automation Test Engineer -Android to join our mobile engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in building maintaining and optimizing Android applications. You will be responsible for developing high-quality features integrating APIs and ensuring seamless performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain Android applications.
  

• Implement features and functionalities using Kotlin and the Android SDK.
  

• Integrate and manage third-party and internal APIs.
  

• Debug profile and optimize application performance for speed and stability.
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product design and QA.
  

• Stay updated with the latest Android development trends and best practices.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Android development.
  

• Proficiency in Kotlin and strong knowledge of the Android SDK.
  

• Experience with API integration (RESTful services JSON etc.).
  

• Strong debugging and profiling skills for application performance.
  

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git).
  

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Jetpack components (Compose Room Navigation).
  

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile app delivery.
  

• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles for mobile applications.
