About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition & Backend Operations to join our growing consulting team. This role is ideal for candidate eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment operations backend support and process management within a fast-paced consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing screening and scheduling candidates.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases reports and dashboards.
- Assist with backend operational activities to ensure smooth hiring processes.
- Leverage Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook) for reporting and presentations.
- Use tools like ChatGPT to draft communication streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless operational support.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
Who We re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Hunger to learn adapt and take ownership of tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint and Word is a must.
- Good knowledge of ChatGPT/AI tools for operational efficiency.
- Available to work 6 days a week from office.
- Open to candidates from any degree background.
