We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Chennai India. As a key member of our sales department you will be responsible for driving revenue growth developing new business opportunities and leading a high-performing sales team.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Lead motivate and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet individual and team goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local and regional markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability
- Represent the company at industry events trade shows and networking functions
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and timely resolution of issues
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales preferably in a similar industry
- Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
